Insanity Workout Program

The Insanity workout program is a total body conditioning program developed by Shaun T, who is the trainer on the Insanity DVDs. Its objective is to help people become leaner and ripped beyond what they thought possible. The Insanity workout is based on the principle of maximum exertion for sustained periods, alternating between short rest periods. It is a 60 day program, which requires working out 6 days a week.
